This rural school in Guatemala needs a library - you can make it happen!

We are asking for your generous donations to help us renovate and expand the present-day inhospitable primary school to include a new library in the small jungle village of Aldea Semil in Lanquin Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. The children in this village are eager to learn, but their current school is in need of much-needed repairs and improvements. The roof is leaking, there is no power or running water or proper bathroom facility, no computers or internet to do research, etc. These conditions make it difficult for the children to concentrate and learn. Your donations will help us fix the school and build a new library. This will give the children the opportunity to expand their education and gain valuable skills that will help them succeed in life. Your donations will also help us purchase new textbooks, desks, chairs, and other educational materials. These materials will make learning more accessible and enjoyable. Your donations will help us bring hope and opportunity to the children of this small jungle village. The children in this village are already so eager to learn, and your donations will help make that dream a reality!
